Graph neighborhood

Filters
Record types

Filters apply to all loaded records, including the collection, before grouping. Relationship filters show only the endpoints of matching connections. Source associations exclude links supported only by treatments.

Neighborhood options

Changes the source neighborhood retrieved. Direction follows the source predicate, not necessarily historical influence. Collection membership is separate.

Use distinct neighbors across the atlas as a size cue. This is not a measure of philosophical importance.

Explore the graph

Select a node to highlight its neighbors. Drag empty space to pan; use + / − or Ctrl + scroll to zoom. With the canvas focused, arrow keys move the view.

In Timeline, drag to move through time and lanes; use the scrollbars or Shift + scroll for horizontal travel. Zoom to a period without removing the rest of the chronology. Network arranges nodes by connections; distance does not measure influence or similarity.

Gold nodes are treatments; lighter gold nodes are focused components. Gold outlines mark saved research attached to source records. Dotted blue-gray lines are inferred comparisons, not influence. Connections retain their original provenance and do not automatically establish historical influence.
